Boundless Creator sells coaching and education for YouTube creators. You pay for access to a program. We deliver the program. We can't promise what your channel will do, because nobody can. The one exception is the money-back guarantee on the Boundless Creator Accelerator, below. Be decent inside the community and do not resell the materials.

These terms are between you and Boundless Creator LLC, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Buying a program, joining the community, or using this site means you accept these terms.

Each program page describes what is included, how long access lasts, and what it costs. That description is the deal. If a program includes live sessions, channel reviews, or community access, those are delivered over the stated access period.

We may improve or adjust how a program is delivered over time. We will not meaningfully reduce what you were promised when you bought.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

Some programs offer a payment plan, meaning the total is split across a fixed number of monthly charges. A payment plan is a commitment to the full total, not a subscription you cancel partway through. The plan stops automatically once the final payment clears.

If a payment fails, we will reach out and give you a reasonable chance to sort it out. Continued nonpayment can result in access being paused until the balance is settled.

If a program is not right for you, email hello@boundlesscreator.com and tell us. Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled in good faith. We would rather sort something out directly than have you stuck in a program that is not working for you.

Where a specific program page states its own refund terms, those terms apply to that program. The Boundless Creator Accelerator has its own guarantee, below.

The Accelerator is our one-on-one program. It runs six months: three months one-on-one with Dave, then three months in the group program, with reviews, the community, and the weekly group calls the whole way through.

It comes with a guarantee. If you do the work and your channel isn't bringing you the right people within six months, you get all your money back, and we keep working with you until it does.

Doing the work starts with showing up to every one-on-one call. The full list of what doing the work means is given to you in writing before you pay. To use the guarantee, email hello@boundlesscreator.com once your six months are up.

We teach strategy, packaging, and process. Apart from the Accelerator guarantee above, we do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, or any other outcome. Results depend on your niche, your execution, your consistency, and factors nobody controls, including how YouTube chooses to distribute your videos.

Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. Any figures we share about other creators or about our own channel are examples, not promises. The same goes for any calculator on this site. It shows estimates, not results.

You keep every right to your channel, your videos, and anything you create. If you share your work with us for feedback, you are giving us permission to review and discuss it for the purpose of coaching you.

We ask separately before using your name, your channel, or your results as a public case study or testimonial. Silence is not permission.

Course materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, documents, and community content are ours. You get a personal license to use them for your own channel and business.

You may not share your login, resell the materials, redistribute recordings, or repackage the frameworks as your own paid product. Doing so can end your access without a refund.

The community works because people are honest about what is not working. Harassment, spam, pitching your own offers to other members, and hostile behavior all break that. We can remove anyone for it.

You can leave at any time. If you are on a payment plan, see the payment section above.

We can end your access for breaking these terms, for nonpayment, or for conduct that damages the community. Where the situation allows, we will talk to you first.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting current members will be communicated directly. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
