Privacy Policy

Boundless Creator is operated by Boundless Creator LLC, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. We run YouTube coaching programs, along with a free newsletter and free tools.

We only collect what we need to run the business. That falls into these groups.

• Contact details. Your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, apply to a program, or buy something. If you apply, also your phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, so we can reach you about your application.
• Application answers. If you apply to a program, whatever you tell us in the form. That usually includes your YouTube channel, your goals, and where you are stuck.
• Public channel data. Publicly available information about your YouTube channel, such as subscriber count, video titles, and performance stats, used to prepare your coaching materials.
• Public business information. If you apply, publicly available information about you and your business, such as your website and what a web search turns up, used to see whether the program is a good fit.
• Call recordings. Calls with us may be recorded and transcribed, so you can rewatch them and we can prepare your materials.
• Usage data. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about which pages get visited, and which buttons and videos get used. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card information goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.

• Deliver the program or product you signed up for.
• Send the newsletter and program emails you asked for.
• If you apply or join the waitlist, add you to our email list. That starts with a few emails about the program, then the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Review your application and prepare for our call.
• Prepare your personalized coaching plan and materials.
• Process payments and send receipts.
• Answer your questions and provide support.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.

We use a small set of third-party services to operate. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Stripe for payments and billing.
• Kit for email delivery and subscriber management.
• Discord for the member community, and for our own alerts when someone applies.
• Cal.com for booking calls.
• Zoom and Fathom for calls, call recordings, and transcripts.
• Wistia for the videos on this site. It sees when a video is played.
• YouTube (Google). Some pictures on this site, like the profile pictures next to testimonials, load from YouTube's servers, so YouTube sees your IP address when they load.
• Google Workspace for member records and documents.
• Vercel for website hosting and analytics.
• Anthropic (Claude), an AI service that helps review applications and prepare coaching materials. It receives your application answers and the public information described above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

We use a small number of functional cookies. One, called bt_src, remembers which video or link brought you here for 90 days, so signups get attributed correctly. If you apply, the tracking tags on the link you came from are saved with your application. The video player may set its own cookies to count plays. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies.

Member and customer records are kept as long as you are a customer, and after that for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

If you apply and don't join, we keep your application so we can follow up, until you ask us to delete it. The same goes for the waitlist. Call recordings and transcripts are kept while they're useful for coaching you, and you can ask us to delete them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop emailing you.

Email hello@boundlesscreator.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.

We use reputable providers and keep access limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise perfection, but we take it seriously and we do not store anything we do not need.

Our programs are built for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting current members will be communicated directly.
